I’m currently living in Ottawa, Canada. I was born in Romania where i lived until my early twenties, where I graduated with a degree in Chemistry.


I decided to pursue a new opportunity in my professional life which took me to Dubai, UAE.

What was supposed to be a couple of year chapter ended up being thirteen years and shaped my learning and life journey.





I was blessed to being exposed to knowledge and practices from different cultures and schools of thought, specifically around wellbeing, health, healing, and human power and potential. I am humbled by the experiences I’ve went through and learned from, and I’m very passionate about sharing my knowledge, to positively impact lives.





I was always looking for answers, and keen on learning. My curiosity exposed me to practices from all over the world, and that put me on the learning path I am still on. I got certified in Holistic Nutrition, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Massage Therapy, Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga and Radiesthesia.

Each one of these methods and practices helped me with my development as a person and as a coach and a healer. This allowed me to combine different applications and insight, when helping my clients to improve their quality of life to become happier and healthier.

I got deeply involved in Breath-work here in Canada. It all started at a Wim Hoff breath-work and cold exposure Workshop. I was impressed with the immediate emotional, mental and physical benefits, so I decided to delve deeper into the impact of the breath on the human body.

I got my certification as a Breathwork Coach in 2022. Through out my journey of obtaining my certification, I experienced first hand the positive change and impact Breathwork can have. The notion of life beginning and end with a big inhale and a long exhale is powerful after all. This when I made the decision to focus on Breathwork, I found in it my “Ikigai” in a way. My experience as a Coach provided me the pleasure of meeting and working with amazing people, both in person and remotely.
